Welcome to the venue. To keep the facility safe and enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following rules during your visit. Repeated violations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
Non-marking court shoes are required on the playing surface. Sandals, boots, and street shoes are not permitted on the courts.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booking. Courts are released after the venue's no-show grace period so that other player who paid can use the slot.
Keep volume reasonable especially at night and respect all players, coaches, venue staff and the neighborhood. Aggressive or abusive behavior will result in suspension of your booking privileges.
Return any borrowed paddles, racquets, or balls in the same condition you received them. Report damage or missing equipment to staff immediately.
Strictly no alcoholic beverages inside the court but only on the designated drinking area.
Smoking and Vaping is prohibited inside the court facility. Smoking and Vaping can be done outside the business area.
Clear the court area of any stuff, gear, food or liquids that can damage or stain the court surface area and paint.
Water is welcome courtside. We encourage to bring sealed water containers. All other food and drinks must stay in the designated lounge or rest area - not on the playing surface to avoid spillage on the court surfaces.
Please throw your garbage properly! Including cigarette butts. Use our designated trash bins. Clean as you go.
Strictly NO pets inside the court area.
